Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any product to third parties.
4.3 No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds on digital products unless the product is materially defective or does not match its description. If you believe you have received a defective product, contact us at hello@backpocketsystems.com within 7 days of purchase.
4.4 Results Disclaimer
Our digital products provide information, templates, and tools to assist your business. We make no guarantee of specific results or outcomes. Results will vary depending on your individual business circumstances, effort, and implementation.
5. Done-For-You Services
Where you engage Back Pocket Systems for automation setup or other done-for-you services, a separate written service agreement will govern the terms of that engagement, including scope, pricing, and intellectual property. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement where not inconsistent with it.
